The New Theatre Royal is a Grade 2 listed building designed by Frank Matcham in 1854 in Portsmouth, England. The theatre re-opened in 2015 after a £4.7m refurbishment project.
Working closely with the marketing team, I was brought in to look at a total redesign of their seasonal brochure and other marketing works.
The brochure had to be something completely new, but also had to not lose the confidence of their regular and previous customers. There had to be a link to the city of Portsmouth which was achieved by the image containers being in the various shape outlines of the city and its famous landmarks.
Other marketing works included producing the Christmas show marketing materials, various press and social media advertising and online graphics.
